Basics about Malaysia

Malaysia is a country that consists of 13 states and 3 federal territories. The capital city is Kuala Lumpur (K.L). The population stands at over 27 million. The country is located near the equator and experiences a tropical climate. Malaysia has a biodiverse range of flora and fauna and is also considered one of the 18 megadiverse countyries.

Malaysia is devided into two region being separated by South Chinese Sea - Peninsular Malaysia and West Malaysia.
