Keropok Lekor

Keropok Lekor is a hot and crispy food that many Malaysian love to eat. It first became famous by people in state of Kelantan and Terengganu which situated in East coast of Peninsular Malaysia. Fish is it's main ingredient. Actually it is a fish sausage as it tube shaped look like a sausage. "Keropok lekor' can be served either deep fried or boiled and best served when it is hot. Usually to be eaten better by dipping it with specially made chilli sauce. Yummy.
